Full Qualitative Service
We have great experience in complete qualitative project management and reporting. This includes project design, implementation, full moderation, analysis, reporting and presentation of results.

Focus Group Facility Rental
This includes: Full use of the focus group room, the viewing room, client lounge, Wireless headsets are provided, name tags, paper and pen provided for respondents. DVD , audio tapes, and refreshments for clients and respondents

Real Time Online viewing
When clients hire the facility they are provided with unique user IDs. These allow clients to login online and view their focus groups . Clients are able to control the web-cameras and can choose to listen to their groups in either English or Chinese.

Senior Moderators
A. Have 10 years of qualitative research experience
B. Are highly proficient in all qualitative research techniques
C. Have experience in multiple categories and markets in China

Junior Moderators
Our junior moderators have 3-5 years of experience in qualitative research and are supervised throughout all projects by senior management.

Translation
Our translators are highly experienced and provide clear and concise translation of group proceedings.

Incentives & Recruitment
All recruitment and respondent incentives are managed by our local project team.
