Senior Moderator
Carrie is the national director of FGC and has over 10 years of qualitative and business-to-business market research experience in China. Carrie has moderated over 1,000 focus groups across a wide range of categories in multiple markets around China including soft drink and alcoholic beverages, FMCG, Personal Care, Finance (insurance and mutual funds), and 3G (mobile phone and laptops) products. Carrie started her career as a qualitative researcher in AMI (now Synovate). After four years, she joined a 4A advertising company and was responsible for both internal and external research projects. She is highly experienced in the use of various projective techniques and plays a key role in all aspects of each project, including report writing and final presentations. Carrie speaks fluent Mandarin, English, and Shanghai’s local dialect. |

Yang Ye is also based in Beijing and has conducted over four hundred focus groups across multiple product categories in the past five years. Yang Ye achieved a master in communication sciences and has played a key role in training junior moderators as well as managing a selection of quantitative projects.
