    Job Description
  • Writing proposals according to client brief and research objectives
  • Designing discussion guides
  • Moderating focus groups and adapting research approach based on findings and according to clients' requirement
  • Attending client debriefing
  • Playing a role in report writing
    Requirements
  • Bachelors degree or above (in Marketing, Business Studies, Psychology)
  • Over 3 years solid working experience in qualitative research. Previous FGD moderation skills is a MUST
  • Familiar with the main research techniques and having research experience across a wide selection of industries
  • Good project management and analytical skills
  • Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of English & Chinese, verbal (Mandarin) & written
  • Work location: China

2. Qualitative Research Director

    Job Description

    Professionally manage qualitative research projects from proposal stage to final reporting & presentation. Provide insights and actionable recommendations to clients' satisfaction. The applicant should have relevant experience in the following areas:

  • Business Development
  • Writing Proposals
  • Project Management
  • Team Management
  • Writing Research Reports
  • Presentation of Results
    Requirements
  • Bachelors degree or above (in Marketing, Business Studies, Psychology)
  • Over 8 years solid working experience in qualitative research with exposure to a wide selection of industries
  • Excellent skills in business development and client servicing
  • Good project management, analytical and presentation skills
